    If you would like to return a product, you must phone Toll Free 877-478-3678, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST) within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor.

    All unopened products can be returned for a refund. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Muskelaufbau Sporternährung von the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly von the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

    No product returns can be accepted after 30 days.

    Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated von Customs are not subject for refund.

    Protein/Nutrition Bar Policies

    During the Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are kept von appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. In ordering bars the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place.

    Damages:

    If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone (877) 478-3678, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST) within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment. the shipping company or Muskelaufbau Sporternährung may need the damaged product or packaging material. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

    Muskelaufbau Sporternährung is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
