While the vast majority of products are all hype with little substance, there is so much to be said about the benefits of Kreation it is difficult to begin. Kreation took the efforts of 3 major companies and well over a year of development to take from a great idea to an even greater end product. There is quite simply nothing like it!
Like so many of Sci Fit's latest generation products, Kreation is pharmaceutically ph balanced to ensure maximum absorption and stability. You can have the best of ingredients in a product but if they are not stable within the body, they are of little use. Through using our next generation delivery system, Kreation allows the athlete to take less product and achieve even greater results! (ie: 500mg of Kre-Alkalyn is equivalent to 5 grams of traditional creatine monohydrate. 1 gram of glutamine AKG is equivalent to 5 grams of glutamine powder). Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, mix one scoop (30 grams) with 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For advanced athletes, a second serving may be taken immediately following the event. On non-workout days, take one scoop immediately upon waking.
