| Each of the herbs used in this formula has a diuretic action. Diuretics increase urine output and so may assist in the elimination of excess fluids. Many diuretics can cause potassium depletion. Dandelion leaves have a naturally high potassium content which is thought to be responsible for their diuretic action. The potassium in dandelion can also help to replace potassium lost in the
