PRO4 Protein by Leppin Sport Leppin PRO4 Protein provides a complete blend of protein profiles to ensure maximum recovery after training. PRO4 contains a 4-tier protein matrix which combines the benefits of Whey Concentrate (50%), Whey Isolate (20%), Calcium Caseinate (15%) and Egg Albumin (10%). As Whey proteins are absorbed immediately, they are most effective in delivering polypeptides to the muscle. These are only effective for around 60-90 minutes, so we have added Caseinate and Albumin to boost the protein release and extend it for up to 3 hours. Leppin has used a low-lactose calcium caseinate, and given that both Albumin and Caseinate exceed 90% protein content, this new formula will provide maximum recovery over a prolonged time period. PRO4 has 8 grams of Glutamine per serve with added BCAA's. CONTAINS NO ASPARTAME OR ACESULFAME-K. Directions Mix 2 heaped scoops (provided) with water or low-fat milk, or blend with your favourite nutrition shake. Should be taken within 30 minutes of exercise for optimum results and up to four times daily depending on desired protein intake.
