Maintenance Cycle
 
After the loading cycle of 7 days has built up your system and muscle Creatine levels, you only need consume 5 - 10 gm of Creatine Monohydrate each day, depending on your activity level.
 
On training days take two 5gm doses of Creatine Monohydrate with juice or sports drink. If you train in the afternoon take one dose 1 hour before your workout, and the other dose in the morning. If you train in the morning, reverse the above.
On non training days take 5gm Creatine Monohydrate with juice or sports drink 1 hour before Dinner.
