Estro X by Thermolife

Estro-X™ – Estro-X is the most advanced anti-estrogen system your money can buy. Formulated to counteract the estrogen producing side effects of Pro-hormone and Anabolic Steroid use, the anti-estrogenic ingredients in Estro-X actually inhibit excess androgens (testosterone) in the body from converting to estrogen.

As you know, if there is too much testosterone in the body, your body will not be able to use it all and a large percentage of the testosterone that your body cannot use will be converted to estrogen. As a bodybuilder, this is the last thing you want to happen. Once testosterone converts to estrogen in your body there is no turning back. High levels of estrogen will make you look soft and fat, not to mention turn you into a woman. Perhaps the worst side effect known to bodybuilding, gynocomastia (aka bitch tits), occurs when there is too much estrogen in the male body. These undesirable side effects can now be prevented by supplementing with Estro-X.

What makes Estro-X work?
The flavone phytoestrogens Chrysin and DIM (a metabolite of indole-3-carbinol, I3C) are the two main ingredients responsible for the anti-estrogenic effects of Estro-X. These two flavone phytoestrogens are plant chemicals, which are known to be competitive inhibitors of cytochrome P450 aromatase with respect to the androgen substrate. In other words, aromatase is the enzyme that converts androgens to estrogen; therefore, these plant chemicals are capable of modifying estrogen levels.

In one clinical study, eleven flavonoid compounds were compared with Aminoglutethimide, a pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitor. These compounds were compared for their abilities to inhibit aromatase enzyme activity (block estrogen). Chrysin, the most potent of all the naturally-occurring flavonoids, was similar in potency and effectiveness to the prescription drug Aminoglutethimide, a pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitor that is prescribed in cases of estrogen-dependent carcinoma where estrogen levels must be kept as low as possible to prevent the spread of cancer. In another study sixty women at increased risk for breast cancer were enrolled in a placebo-controlled, double-blind dose-ranging study of indole-3-carbinol (I3C). Fifty-seven of these women completed the study. Each woman took a placebo capsule or an indole-3-carbinol capsule daily for a total of 4 weeks; none of the participants experienced any significant toxicity effects. The results in this study suggest that indole-3-carbinol at a minimum effective dose schedule of 300 mg per day is a promising agent for lowering estrogen levels.

Bioperine, a patented bioavailability enhancer, was added to Estro-X in order to increase the absorption of the flavones DIM and Chrysin. The addition of Bioperine solves the problem of bioavailability by increasing gastrointestinal absorption of the nutrients. In clinical studies Bioperine increased the absorption of Chrysin by 60%. Now you can be sure that your body will be able to uptake the nutrients you pay for, instead of just excreting them out as waste products.

And that’s not all, there is a lot more than that packed into every estrogen exterminating capsule of Estro-X. In order to be synergistic with all our other products we have blended in our powerful Anabolic Sidekick Formula™, containing ecdysterone, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and the testosterone mineral, Zinc.
