In water or juice, the minerals and vitamin C in Ascorbate Bio-C react to form mineral ascorbates. In ascorbate form, minerals buffer the acidity of vitamin C, while combining with it to create a potent delivery system. The end result is a buffered vitamin C in liquid form, providing easy-to-assimilate minerals, as ascorbates, with the industry's most potent 50% bioflavonoid extract.
